Plateau State Premier League Update: John Pofi Foundation Football Academy Qualify for QuarterFinals




John Pofi Foundation Football team today Saturday booked its place in the quarter final of the plateau state premier league after draw with De Bleths FC 0-0.
The match was fierce and fast as expected, but the De Bleths defiled permutations by holding John Pofi Foundation Football team to a goalless draw. The team will be meeting Tudun Wada academy for the quarter final match schedule to hold Thursday next week at the Federal Government College Jos Football field.

Plateau State Premier League Update: John Pofi Foundation Football Academy 2-1 Against Fly Arrows Football Club



John Pofi Foundation Football team on Thursday was defeated by BitrusBewarang Football Academy in their second leg match, after a 1-0 victory over Galaxy Football Club, but the team were not discourage by  the defeat, today they once again prove that they are the number one contender for the cup.

Determine to dictate the pace of the match; JPFA went on in an early rampage with Nanchin the captain scoring the first goal and finally Mambo broke the deadlock 40th minute, whenhe scored the second goal which brings the match to an end with 2-1 victory in favour of John Pofi Foundation Football Academy.

 Indeed John Pofi Foundation Football team worked together as a team. There were no selfish play in the attack, who to score was not the prime objective for the players upfront as each player used the nearest option available when necessary. The team will be playing their next match against DeBleths FC tomorrow.

Plateau State Premier League: John Foundation Football Academy Defeated Galaxy Football Club 1-0

John Pofi Foundation Football Club popularly called JPFA, on Thursday defeated the Galaxy FC of Jos one goal to nil in a vivacious encounter which held at Police barrack Field Jos.
John Pofi Foundation views football as an avenue for peace-building, youth development and conflict resolution that is why it encourages and engage the youth in grass-root football.
The only goal of the game was scored by the point man Nanle assisted by the impressive Justice Dakum. The team now looks forward to their second match of the tournament against Bitrus Bewarang Football Academy on Thursday.
